It visualizes the water distribution network (about 300 km of pipelines), customers and DMAs, and is used daily for asset and Non-Revenue Water management. It started in 2014 with OpenLayers, moved to Leaflet in 2015, and was modernized with open-source vector tiles and MapLibre GL JS.&lt;/p>

It shows pipelines with their diameter and material, tanks and other water facilities over satellite imagery, and provides measuring, printing and elevation tools.&lt;/p>

The PostGIS database is converted to vector tiles hosted on GitHub Pages, together with 10 m terrain RGB tiles and administrative boundaries.&lt;/p>

I developed many of its core features as a Full Stack GIS Developer, including the data upload pipeline, authentication, permission management and map styling UI.&lt;/p>
